Refund policy

Since each item is carefully and uniquely crafted, we do not allow a full return on products.  If your item is broken or something happens to it physically, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a fixed or new item. 

 

The face mists are NOT available for returns or exchanges.  All ingredients are listed so please read carefully to ensure there are no allergic reactions. 


To be eligible for this re-issue, all items must be sent back.  If the piece broke or something fell off, please try to include every part of your item.  If there is an issue with the color or the resin itself, please be very specific in your email and ensure that you can send the item in the same condition that you received it.  It must be unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


To start a return, you can contact us at somar_essence@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
No items are eligible for FULL REFUNDS - we can fix your item or replace it for you.  Each item is carefully crafted and made upon request.  If there is a size or color issue, that can be addressed before purchased.  Items can be customized to meet your exact needs before you ever pay!

Sale items can still be fixed or exchanged. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  In order to have an approved exchange, your item must be new, un-used and in its original packaging. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically contacted on options for fixing or exchanging.  Please remember that the sprays are not refundable nor can be returned.
